About the Company

Stack Solutions Group UK, through its Egypt-based arm Buzz Egypt, is a fast-growing organization focused on helping clients achieve their sales goals through a performance-driven and strategic approach. As we continue to expand our presence in Egypt, we are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our outbound sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telesales calls to prospective international clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPls).
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service on each call.
  • Accurately maintain and update records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to improve outreach strategies and outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in telesales or outbound calling is essential.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet performance metrics and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation Package
:

  • Total package:20,000 EGP
  • Basic Salary: 15,000 EGP
  • Transportation Allowance: 3,000 EGP
  • Performance & Adherence Bonus: 2,000 EGP
  • Commission: USD (equivalent)
