Role Description:

Job Description: This is a fantastic opportunity for a future Marketing Manager to join an established B2B organization as the Senior Marketing Executive where you will drive end to end campaigns working closely with the sales force to continue the growth of the organization. This is a hands-on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will be given the autonomy to run campaigns with a strong emphasis on direct marketing to segmented audiences using on and offline channels.

Responsibilities:


• Carry out marketing researches and survey related to industry, competitors, events and exhibition. Also, marketing analysis that includes SWOT, PESTEL


• Implementation of tasks given and communication plan regarding the marketing plan with agencies and marketing department


• Seek and acquire new suppliers, advertising agencies, print and production houses, exhibitions and events, etc.


• Written brief to suppliers, present quotations and ideas related to marketing activities


• Periodically visit our offline campaigns and check bill boards conditions and status


• Follow up marketing activities (productions, video sessions, photo sessions, etc.)


• Meet with suppliers, arrange events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and report back to brand manager.


• Storage responsibility, distributing material, supervise, order, receive, and deliver according to business needs (exhibitions, brochures, booths, giveaways, etc.)


• Support all assigned tasks related to PR activities

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and execute strategies based on insights and trends.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or luxury property sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with marketing tools and techniques.
