Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.  We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Senior Specialist to join our team.

This role is critical for our next phase of expansion, focusing on scaling our presence in the United States (where we have established a market) while spearheading our entry into entirely new international territories.

Responsibilities:

  • US Market Expansion: Drive strategic initiatives to significantly grow our existing market share and client base within the United States.
  • Global Market Penetration: Identify, evaluate, and successfully launch our products/services into new, diverse international markets outside of the US.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive market entry and business development strategies tailored to specific geographic regions.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, key stakeholders, and clients globally.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in target countries.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from market opening to sustained revenue generation.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record (5 years) in Business Development, with significant experience in international market expansion.
  • Direct experience in either developing the US market or opening new markets in other international territories.

    Ability to think strategically, execute flawlessly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, French) is a strong plus.
