WasteHero is a European SaaS company supporting municipalities and waste operators across Europe and the Middle East.

We are establishing a marketing function in Cairo and require a Senior Marketing Lead with a strong focus on operational execution and measurable performance.

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Lead is responsible for planning, producing, and executing marketing activities that support pipeline generation, brand visibility, and market expansion.

This role prioritizes clarity, structure, and consistent output.

It is a hands-on execution role with direct responsibility for deliverables and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and selected paid channels
  • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, messaging, visuals, and landing pages
  • Manage retargeting flows and funnel performance
  • Optimize campaigns using data and performance indicators

Content Production

  • Produce clear and concise marketing content (copy, visuals, short videos)
  • Convert briefs into final assets with minimal iteration
  • Create landing pages, ad copy, and product-focused marketing materials
  • Ensure consistent messaging and structure across all content

Brand & Messaging Consistency

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all external communication
  • Translate technical information into structured and understandable messaging
  • Align materials with expectations of B2B decision-makers

Marketing Operations

  • Conduct structured market, persona, and competitor research
  • Manage HubSpot workflows and lead processes
  • Support Sales with organized, high-clarity materials (presentations, one-pagers)
  • Maintain reporting, documentation, and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Demand Generation
  • Proven experience executing and optimizing LinkedIn or Google Ads campaigns
  • Ability to produce content across formats (text, visual, short-form video)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and content creation
  • Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and lead management
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and execution discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • HubSpot experience
  • Experience targeting or working with European markets
  • Familiarity with product marketing and conversion metrics
