Marketing Specialist
. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will partner directly with the Marketing Director to implement cutting-edge technology and lead the creation of highly effective, data-driven campaigns.

The Mission: Execution, Automation, and Creative Direction

We need an expert executor to bridge strategy and results. You will be the force driving our digital growth by:


AI & Tool Leadership:
Implementing, managing, and utilizing all available AI tools
to automate and optimize ad creation, content calendars, and overall marketing efficiency. We need your commitment to finding and mastering the best technology.
B2B Performance:
Executing and managing end-to-end B2B lead generation campaigns. You own the analysis—tracking metrics, deriving
actionable insights
, and generating reports to guide stakeholders.
Creative Ownership:
Taking the lead on
creative ideation
for all digital content (social, email, blogs) and directing content calendars to ensure messaging aligns with performance goals.
Project Management:
Leading project flow
, setting tasks, and managing timelines for all digital initiatives to ensure organized, on-time execution in a lean environment.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ Years:
    Proven experience in the marketing field, with a strong focus on
    B2B performance marketing
    .
  • AI Expert:
    Advanced, hands-on experience
    specifically implementing and managing AI marketing tools for execution.
  • Data-Driven:
    Expertise in B2B performance metrics (CPA, MQLs) and deep analytical reporting skills.
  • Bilingual Content:
    Excellent writing and communication skills in both
    English and Arabic
    are essential.
  • Highly Committed:
    Proven ability to work autonomously, lead projects, and maintain a high level of commitment and flexibility in a fast-paced fintech startup.
