WasteHero is a fast-growing European climate-tech company building the operating system for modern waste management. We serve municipalities across Finland, Denmark, Norway, the UK, and the Middle East — and we're now expanding our marketing function.

We are hiring a
Marketing Execution Lead
in Cairo to build our first global marketing engine.

You will turn ideas and direction from the CEO into
campaigns, ads, content, and results
.

This role is for someone who wants responsibility, ownership, and speed — not agency routines or slow processes.

Your Mission

Own end-to-end marketing execution:

  • Build and launch campaigns
  • Run LinkedIn and Google ads
  • Create content using AI tools
  • Produce short videos and visuals
  • Build landing pages and funnels
  • Research markets and audiences
  • Report performance and iterate weekly

Your output will directly influence pipeline, revenue, and our expansion across Europe.

What You Will Do

Campaigns & Performance

  • Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn and Google campaigns
  • Test audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages
  • Manage retargeting and lead flows
  • Track performance with clear weekly reporting

Content & Creative

  • Convert CEO notes and ideas into clear, compelling marketing assets
  • Produce short videos (10–40 sec) using AI and editing tools
  • Design visuals, diagrams, and marketing creatives
  • Create LinkedIn posts, ad copy, and simple landing pages

Marketing Operations

  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Support with presentations, decks, and diagrams
  • Maintain and optimize CRM workflows
  • Explore new channels and growth opportunities

What You Bring

Must-Have

  • Experience running LinkedIn and/or Google ads
  • Ability to create content (text + visuals + video)
  • Comfortable using AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or Photoshop)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • High output, fast execution, and strong ownership mentality

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS
  • HubSpot familiarity
  • Experience targeting European audiences
  • Basic understanding of funnels & MQL generation
