About the role:

As a Digital Marketing Lead you will be responsible for driving all digital activities across brands, ensuring that campaigns are strategically planned, optimized, and measured. You will be the owner of the digital growth engine, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and sales objectives, and mentor the Digital Marketing Specialists while acting as the main interface with external performance agencies if required.

Responsibilities

:

  • Lead the digital strategy across various social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X)
  • Manage digital budgets and allocate spend by campaign and channel.
  • Oversee daily content publishing and schedules
  • Optimize campaigns through SEO, SEM, paid ads, and retargeting.
  • Track KPIs and maintain dashboards (traffic, engagement, leads).
  • Coordinate with Creative Lead for visuals, videos, and animations.
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops Managers to localize digital activations.
  • Train and mentor Digital Marketing Specialist

Requirements

:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent.
  • 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with
    B2B/industrial experience
    preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach junior staff.
