Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a digital marketing team across paid media, SEO, content, and social channels
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales
  • Manage performance marketing across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Oversee analytics, reporting, and optimization to maximize ROI
  • Align digital activities with e-commerce, retail, and brand objectives
  • Monitor competitor performance and market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven experience in retail or e-commerce, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sector
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
