Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and brand-focused Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to lead BIC's online visibility.

You will be responsible for designing impactful visual content and executing digital campaigns that communicate our values, products, and leadership in the animal health industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Design engaging, on-brand visuals (posts, stories, short videos, infographics, and banners).

Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels, following BIC's BrandBook.

Plan and schedule social-media posts; monitor engagement and growth metrics.

Collaborate with the management and sales teams to translate technical information into appealing, easy-to-understand content.

Support the preparation of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, event visuals).

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design (preferably in veterinary, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors).

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or Canva.

Solid understanding of social-media management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

Fluent in English; excellent written and visual communication skills.

Passionate about creativity, branding, and storytelling.
