We are seeking an
Account Manager

with hands-on experience in
events and exhibitions

for a
full-time On-site

vacancy located in
Cairo, Egypt

. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, handle project requirements, and ensure the smooth execution of projects from briefing to final delivery. This role requires someone who can take ownership in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for the internal teams (Design, Production, Operations).
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Attend client meetings, gather requirements, and prepare detailed proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on booth production, branding materials, and on-ground implementation during events and exhibitions.
  • Handle last-minute changes and resolve on-site issues professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly account status reports.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and post-event performance evaluation.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in events, exhibitions, branding agencies, or production houses.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at the same time.
  • Basic understanding of design and production processes.
  • Problem-solver, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Availability to attend local exhibitions.
