Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support/Customer Service Agent (Chat Account) based in Maadi,Cairo. The agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, managing customer accounts, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients. The role involves addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and offering appropriate solutions quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Skills in Account Management
  • Ability to work on-site in Maadi,Cairo
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • English speakers B2-C1
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
