We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Account Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between Trendow and its clients—ensuring smooth communication, excellent service, and the successful delivery of all marketing projects.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and clarity.
  • Understand client goals and ensure the agency delivers aligned solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, media buying, production, development) to execute projects.
  • Oversee day-to-day project progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track deadlines, follow up with teams, and solve issues quickly.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Trendow's quality standards.

Strategy & Planning

  • Participate in creating marketing strategies for clients.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts.

Reporting & Performance

  • Prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and recommend optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in account management, social media, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work on-site in Nasr City.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
