MEP Tendering Engineer
to join our dynamic team.

Position: MEP Tendering Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for various projects.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
  • Analyze MEP design variations and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to validate estimates.
  • Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
  • Support tendering activities and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with local standards, regulations, and project requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical.
  • Minimum
    4–8 years
    of experience in MEP estimation within contracting or construction companies
    (Saudi market experience is a must)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQs, pricing, and tendering procedures.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent English language
