We're Hiring — Mechanical Tender Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Tender Engineer
with hands-on experience in commercial fit-out projects, preferably for well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQ) for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs based on tender drawings
  • Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Prepare cost estimation sheets (materials, labor, equipment, overheads)
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers
  • Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required
  • Identify value engineering opportunities for cost optimization
  • Support in preparing project cash flows and budgets
  • Maintain a database of updated material/equipment prices and supplier information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in MEP estimation (preferably with a contractor)
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems
  • Excellent analytical and costing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
