We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Tendering to lead our Tendering Department and oversee the full tendering cycle for Fit-Out and Civil Works projects. This senior role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Civil, and MEP disciplines, with proven capability in managing high-value bids from initial inquiry through contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Tendering Department, ensuring timely and accurate submission of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and RFP documents across Architectural, Civil, and MEP scopes.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Planning, and Operations teams to prepare competitive bids.
  • Develop tender strategies, cost estimates, value engineering proposals, and bid clarifications.
  • Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Lead post-tender negotiations and handover to project execution teams.
  • Prepare tender pipelines, forecasting, and performance reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • 10–12 years of experience in tendering for Fit-Out and Civil Works projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of all related disciplines: Architectural, Civil, and MEP.
  • Proven leadership experience managing tendering teams and high-value bids.
  • Excellent command of cost estimation, commercial terms, and contract conditions (FIDIC preferred).
