Job Purpose:

To lead, manage, and coordinate all design and construction engineering activities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee and manage the full design and construction process from concept to completion.


• Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and project managers.


• Review and approve design drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.


• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.


• Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.


• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.


• Implement best practices for quality assurance, safety, and risk management.


• Supervise site operations and ensure alignment with approved designs.


• Conduct regular project progress reviews and prepare technical reports for management.


• Support business development through technical input for proposals and tenders.


• Foster innovation and sustainable design solutions across all projects.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred).


• 10+ years of experience in design and construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction standards.


• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, etc.).


• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.


• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and value engineering
