We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented #
Architectural Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer
to join our Head Office team in Cairo. The successful candidate will play a key role in controlling project costs, analyzing drawings and specifications, and preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for architectural works across our projects.

Responsibilities.

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bills of quantities (BOQ) for architectural works.
  • Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation, and bid evaluations.
  • Support the project team with cost control, variation analysis, and value engineering.
  • Coordinate with site teams to verify quantities and progress for interim payments.
  • Prepare cost reports and monitor budget deviations.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Office, Procurement, and Site Management teams to ensure accurate and timely project costing.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Architecture or Civil Engineering
    .
  • Minimum
    3–6 years of experience
    as an
    Architectural QS Engineer
    in the
    construction industry
    (preferably in large-scale residential or commercial projects).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit; experience with BIM systems is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
