Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor – Civil & Architectural to join our Engineering Management & Technical Office team (DPT08). The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately extracting quantities from construction drawings, verifying subcontractor invoices, and updating project BOQs in alignment with site progress and design changes. Strong familiarity with Saudi Codes, technical specifications, and quantity surveying standards is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract detailed quantities for all civil and architectural elements from execution drawings.

Coordinate with site engineers and technical office teams to validate and update quantities based on actual site progress.

Review subcontractor invoices and compare them with the actual executed works, ensuring alignment with supporting documentation (WIRs/MIRs).

Periodically update BOQs for ongoing projects to reflect any modifications or change orders, in coordination with technical and site teams.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Revit.

Strong knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, and surveying methods in compliance with the Saudi Code and international standards.

Excellent ability to interpret and analyze architectural and structural drawings for accurate quantity extraction.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

No specific academic degree required.
