Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost management, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), controlling costs, and ensuring efficient cost planning for projects. Additional duties include preparing detailed cost reports, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring that all financial targets are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience in preparing and managing BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting and analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or construction industries is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in same position.
