Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in supporting the estimating and cost management processes. You will work closely with the project management and estimating teams to analyze project costs, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for excavation and site development projects.
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify cost and quantity requirements.
  • Assist in cost estimation and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track material and labor costs, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Produce detailed reports on project progress and cost forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying for civil construction, preferably in excavation and site development.
  • Strong knowledge of take-offs, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (AutoCAD, HCSS, AGTEK, or similar tools).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English Speaker
