Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost management activities, preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), executing cost planning, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented effectively. Additional responsibilities include cost reporting and contributing to the financial efficiency of projects while ensuring compliance with contractual and project-specific requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Cost Control and Cost Management.
  • Expertise in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with international and local construction standards is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management are advantageous.
