Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor Engineer based in Cairo. The Quantity Surveyor Engineer will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, cost planning, and preparing cost reports. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as monitoring project finances, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and liaising with project teams to ensure effective cost management.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
