We're looking for MEP technical office engineer to oversee MEP functions including design, cost estimation, and preparation of shop/as-built drawings. Provides technical support to site and tendering teams

Job Responsibilities

  • Study, Design, and issue MEP technical drawings following approved architecture design drawings
  • Undertake all needed actions to complete a full study of new projects MEP technical specs, drawings, quantity surveying and all required details.
  • Provide needed support to site technical office team in quantity surveying, interim payments, material submittals, technical negotiations…etc
  • Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.
  • Completing all needed MEP technical calculation and selection of relevant materials and specs as per approved standards.
  • Complete MEP As-Built drawings as per projects requirements
  • Perform periodic site visits to ensure the quality of executed works.
  • Resolve MEP problems that may arise on site to prevent project delay.
  • Effectively control the utility consumption to achieve the required savings.

Job
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical Engineering.
  • 1–4 years of experience as MEP technical office.
  • Experience in water structure design is a plus.
