Located in 3 countries Egypt, Canada and Poland.

We have been operating in the IT and software solutions field for almost 15 years since 2008.

Responsibilities:

Develop strong, trusted relationships with customers.

Act as their advocate and main point of contact.

Drive product adoption and maximize usage.

Identify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts.

Review feedback and ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to enhance customer success.

Qualifications:

1–3 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales (preferably in tech).

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Comfortable working with both C-level executives and technical teams.

CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Fluent in English - It is a MUST
