About the Role

We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with
1–2 years of experience
in
recruitment
, including
mass hiring
, to support and enhance our
end-to-end hiring process
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
sourcing

screening

interviewing
, and
selecting top talent
while ensuring an efficient and
candidate-friendly recruitment experience
. You will work closely with the
HR team
and
hiring managers
to meet organizational hiring needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing

  • Use
    job boards
    ,
    LinkedIn
    ,
    social media
    , and
    professional networks
    to attract qualified talent.
  • Build and maintain strong
    talent pipelines
    for recurring and
    high-volume positions
    .
  • Apply advanced
    sourcing strategies
    such as
    Boolean search
    .


• Resume Screening

  • Review
    CVs
    and
    applications
    to identify suitable candidates.
  • Shortlist candidates
    based on
    experience
    ,
    skills
    , and
    cultural fit
    .


• Interviews & Coordination

  • Conduct
    phone screenings
    and
    structured interviews
    .
  • Coordinate interviews with
    hiring managers
    and provide timely
    follow-ups
    .
  • Manage
    interview schedules
    effectively during
    mass hiring campaigns
    .


• Candidate Assessment

  • Administer and evaluate
    skills assessments
    and
    tests
    .
  • Ensure
    assessment results
    are accurately recorded and communicated.


• Reference Checks

  • Conduct
    reference checks
    to validate previous employment and performance.


• Applicant Tracking

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the
    ATS
    .
  • Ensure proper
    documentation
    at every stage of the
    hiring process
    .


• Job Offer Process

  • Assist in preparing
    offer letters
    and coordinating
    compensation discussions
    .
  • Support the
    pre-onboarding workflow
    .


• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report key
    recruitment KPIs
    such as
    time-to-fill
    ,
    sourcing effectiveness
    , and
    conversion rates
    .
  • Analyze
    data
    to improve
    hiring efficiency
    , especially for
    mass hiring
    .


• Employer Branding

  • Create engaging
    job posts
    to attract top talent.
  • Support
    employer branding initiatives
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Human Resources
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • 1–2 years
    of hands-on
    recruitment experience
    , including
    mass hiring
    .
  • Experience in
    sourcing
    ,
    screening
    ,
    interviewing
    , and
    full-cycle recruitment
    .
  • Strong
    communication
    ,
    interpersonal
    , and
    stakeholder-management skills
    .
  • Ability to manage
    multiple vacancies
    in a
    fast-paced environment
    .
  • Proficiency with
    ATS systems
    and
    HR software
    .
  • Strong
    organizational skills
    and
    attention to detail

  • Understanding of
    employment laws

    compliance
    .
  • High level of

Preferred Qualifications
