Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist specializing in Mass Hiring, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing recruiting plans, screening candidates, facilitating the interview process, and training new hires. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong Interviewing and Training skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in a BPO or customer experience management environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
