Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Mass Hiring) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will focus on managing and executing mass hiring initiatives. Responsibilities include leading the full life cycle of recruitment, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining recruitment records and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Proficient in Screening and Interviewing candidates
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven expertise in Hiring for various roles in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic on-site environment
  • Knowledge in HR practices and labor regulations is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
