Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Workforce Specialist will be responsible for workforce planning, management, and development, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational goals. Daily tasks include analyzing workforce data, creating and implementing workforce strategies, and optimizing employee performance. The Workforce Specialist will also engage in regular communication with team members and management to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret workforce data
  • Expertise in Workforce Management, Workforce Planning, and Workforce Development
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and tools
