Role Description

This full-time Workforce Specialist position is an on-site role based in Cairo. The responsibilities include workforce planning, developing strategies for workforce optimization, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying trends and areas for improvement. The Workforce Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper scheduling and forecasting and communicate effectively to resolve workforce-related challenges in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Workforce Management skills, including Workforce Planning and Workforce Development
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess trends, optimize processes, and solve complex workforce-related challenges
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using workforce management tools and scheduling software is a plus
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in workforce management or a similar role
