G Developments is now hiring a Senior Workforce Development Specialist.

We're seeking a passionate and strategic L&D professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across the organization. The role is key to fostering a culture of growth, capability building, and performance excellence that aligns with G Developments' vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's learning and development strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design relevant learning interventions.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of e-learning content and digital learning solutions.
  • Partner with department heads to support talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
  • Stay up to date on L&D best practices, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong background in organizational development or talent management.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs at a corporate level.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and performance analytics.
  • Professional certifications (CIPD, ATD, or similar) are a plus.
