We are recruiting for one of our clients, a multinational advisory firm specializing in global citizenship and residency programs.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the organization's products, services, and brand. This position involves identifying target audiences, researching market trends, managing marketing activities, and evaluating campaign success. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining brand consistency, coordinating with external agencies, producing marketing materials, and providing timely reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities
:

  • Strategy Development and Research:
  • Conduct target audience analysis, assist in establishing campaign objectives, and define desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate in researching, developing, and assessing marketing strategies, incorporating market analysis and competitor research to inform decision-making and planning.
  • Marketing Campaign Management and Agency Coordination:
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities within set objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate on a daily basis with marketing agencies to ensure they meet deliverables and align with the organization's objectives.
  • Develop content for marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media content, and website materials.
  • Oversee promotional activities, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to corporate branding guidelines.
  • Presentations and Events:
  • Create various presentations of products and services for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry-related events and conferences, representing the organization and co-organizing company events.
  • Online Media Management:
  • Manage the company's profile on professional online media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in search engine optimization (SEO) practices to improve online visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
  • Reporting and Budget Management:
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to Marketing Manager on marketing activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign results.
  • Assist in managing budgets and preparing costings for online and offline marketing projects.
  • Produce feedback tools assist in measure the success of campaigns, events or projects

Requirements
:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience.

* Previous experience in a marketing-related role.

* Solid understanding of marketing principles and basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.

* Proficiency in graphic design and familiarity with design software is a plus.

Work conditions:

From 9:00am till 5:00pm

Fridays and Saturdays off.
