Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workshop Engineer located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Workshop Engineer will oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, ensure the efficient operation of the workshop, and take part in the inspection and resolution of technical issues. The role also involves planning and conducting training sessions for workshop staff while collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality service and meet operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • minimum 4 years of experience in the same field.
  • Technical expertise in Heavy Equipment, Maintenance, and Repair
  • Experience managing Workshops and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Strong Communication skills for teamwork and effective collaboration
  • Capability to deliver Training sessions and upskill team members
  • Proven ability to work in on-site roles and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Relevant degree or certification in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is a plus
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards
