Westview International Language School is looking for a dynamic and passionate **Design & Manufacturing Teacher** to join our innovative educational team. This teacher will inspire students to explore the world of design and engineering, cultivating their creativity and practical skills in a collaborative learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover design principles, manufacturing processes, and emerging technologies.
- Teach students how to use design software and tools, as well as hands-on fabrication techniques in a workshop setting.
- Encourage students to work on projects that interest them, promoting independent thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing timely feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
- Foster a safe and organized learning environment in the workshop, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate design and manufacturing principles across the curriculum.
- Stay informed of advancements in design and manufacturing education, incorporating new techniques and ideas into the curriculum.
- Organize and facilitate exhibitions or showcases of students’ projects to highlight their achievements and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Technology Education, or a related field.
- Teaching experience in design, technology, or engineering education at the high school level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., CAD programs) and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to inspire and mentor students.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the classroom.
