Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workshop Engineer Supervisor located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves overseeing workshop operations, ensuring the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and vehicles, managing a skilled team, and providing training to ensure high service standards. The supervisor will also collaborate with team members, manage communication with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Maintenance & Repair and proficiency in managing Workshops and Heavy Equipment.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing Training for staff to ensure continuous skill development and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and dedication to maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive or fleet management is a plus.
