Role Overview
As a
Senior Sales Account Executive
, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial growth—owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You'll engage directly with inbound leads while also sourcing and nurturing new opportunities across MENA and Europe.
You'll work with decision-makers in e-commerce, retail, fintech, and other digital industries, helping them unlock growth and efficiency through Tactful's AI-powered platform.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact selling a product that companies truly need.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into high-value partnerships
- Proactively generate outbound leads via strategic research and targeted outreach
- Map customer pain points to Tactful's AI-first solutions and create value-driven proposals
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM and forecast confidently
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate deal velocity
- Influence go-to-market strategy across priority verticals and regions
- Represent Tactful at virtual and in-person industry events as a product expert and trusted advisor
What We're Looking For
4–8 years of experience in
SaaS sales
, ideally in CX, MarTech, AI, or communications
Proven track record of consistently
exceeding quota
in B2B environments
Strong understanding of
digital customer operations
and how technology drives ROI
Fluent in
English
;
Arabic
or a major
European language
is a strong plus
Comfortable selling into
MENA, UK, and EU
markets
Bonus: Background in high-growth
startups or scale-ups
