Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Speakers Relation Specialist / Events, located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home acceptable. The role involves managing relationships with speakers, coordinating event logistics, organizing speaker schedules, handling communication with potential and confirmed speakers, and ensuring smooth event execution. The individual will also be responsible for researching and inviting high-profile speakers, assisting in event promotion, and maintaining event documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, including managing logistics and schedules
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with speakers and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using event management tools and software
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, including remote work and on-site presence
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in the non-profit or social impact sector is a plus
