Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Cairo for a
PR Specialist
focused on
event management and creative PR execution
for GenZ and its campaigns. The PR Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fashion events, launches, pop-ups, and brand activations that reflect GenZ's new-style, youth-driven identity.

The role involves leading PR strategies for campaigns, managing media exposure, and creating buzz through innovative storytelling and experiential marketing. The PR Specialist will handle event PR from concept to execution, including guest lists, influencer and media outreach, collaborations, and on-ground coordination.

Working closely with marketing, creative, and account teams, the PR Specialist will ensure every campaign and event is PR-ready, culturally relevant, and aligned with GenZ's visual and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute
    fashion events, pop-ups, launches, and brand activations
  • Lead PR efforts for GenZ campaigns using
    modern, creative, and non-traditional PR approaches
  • Build and maintain relationships with
    media, influencers, creators, and key industry partners
  • Manage event communications, invitations, guest lists, and on-site PR coordination
  • Secure media coverage and digital exposure before, during, and after events
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure strong storytelling and visual alignment
  • Support campaign PR through press releases, media kits, and brand narratives
  • Monitor PR performance, coverage, and engagement, and report on campaign impact

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    PR, events management, or brand communications
  • Strong understanding of
    fashion, streetwear, youth culture, and creative industries
  • Experience managing events from concept to execution
  • Established relationships with media, influencers, and creators are a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with a passion for new-style PR and experiential marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and meet campaign deadlines
