Customer Service Bilingual speaker

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Al Nozha Street, Cairo. We are hiring
bilingual Mandarin–English speakers
and
bilingual Spanish–English speakers
. The selected candidates will handle inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently positive customer experience.
Shifts
For Mandarin Speakers:
• Fixed shift:
4 PM to 1 AM
For Spanish Speakers (fixed night and overnight options):
Candidates will be assigned to
one
of the following schedules:
•
12 AM to 7 AM
, Monday to Friday, with
rotational days off
(Saturday & Sunday or Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday)
•
12 PM to 3 PM
Monday to Friday, and
12 PM to 12 AM
on Saturday & Sunday
•
4 PM to 1 AM
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to manage the overall Customer Experience with high service standards
• Comfortable with night or overnight shifts
• Fluent in
Mandarin Chinese and English
or
Spanish and English
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is required
• Strong problem-solving ability and an empathetic approach to customer interactions
