Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Employee Relations Specialist role located in Cairo. The Employee Relations Specialist will handle daily tasks focused on fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, promoting engagement initiatives, implementing and navigating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting performance management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
- Proficient understanding of HR Policies and compliance
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in Performance Management and related processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to mediate and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
- Understanding of cultural diversity and adaptability in a workplace environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certifications are a plus
