Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Relations Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Community Relations Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with community members, engaging with community stakeholders, and organizing outreach activities. Daily tasks include planning and coordinating events, ensuring effective communication among community members, and fostering a positive relationship between the company and the community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or community relations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly personality with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties to ensure tenant satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and residents, fostering a positive and engaging community environment.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Organize community events and initiatives to enhance residents' experience and sense of belonging.
  • Manage lease renewals, rent collection, occupancy tracking, and monthly reporting.
  • Contribute to improving customer experience and service quality within the communities.
