We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development
Executive to drive the growth of our organization in regional and global markets. The ideal candidate must have a
proven track record in B2B sales and partnerships
, preferably within consultancy, training, HSE, or similar professional service industries. This role requires strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop strategic partnerships and business opportunities in B2B sectors - Lead the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the client base
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and coordinate with internal stakeholders for successful conversion
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential clients in target industries
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment in communication and delivery
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, sales performance, and forecasts to senior management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Contribute to product/service development based on client feedback and market trends
Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)- 5+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in selling services or solutions to corporates, government entities, or industrial clients
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong network within the corporate or industrial sectors is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus if based in MENA)

- Industrial Solutions or Corporate Services
