In addition to our telecommunications retail operations, Aura Communication is active in the Import & Export sector and provides Outsourcing & Recruitment services to a wide range of clients.
Position:
Customer Service (C1) Representative
Location: Cairo, Egypt OR Alexandria
Work Type: Hybrid (a combination of remote and on-site work)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the professional standards associated with the Vodafone brand.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and support skills
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
Fluency in English is a must
Graduates only (no undergraduates)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
