* Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company offerings.
* Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, technical, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the personal care or home care chemicals industry.
* Strong knowledge of surfactants, emulsifiers, fragrances, preservatives, and related ingredients.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to translate technical features into commercial value propositions.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and strategic mindset with entrepreneurial drive.
