JOB PURPOSE:

Achieve strategic organizational goals in a specific area held.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed in-market sales targets within agreed budgets and time frame.
  • Achieve agreed contract, coverage and frequency targets (quantity & quality) through face to face meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
  • Promote defined Hero products according to campaign Strategies and policies.
  • Ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of Hero priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs.
  • Communicate effectively with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams, coordinate field visits with co-detailing colleagues, in order to understand, maximize and drive territory achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary only.
  • Completed military or other governmental obligations.
  • 0-4 years experience in nutritional or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English language (Spoken & Written).
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Must have driving license.
