Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and support risk mitigation planning across departments.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Support internal and external audit activities, including audit preparation, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking.
  • Prepare governance and compliance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Review and update policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with evolving regulations and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of governance and compliance initiatives.
  • Facilitate awareness sessions, training, and communication to promote compliance culture.
  • Support incident management, follow-up actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track and report governance, risk, and compliance KPIs to ensure accountability and transparency.

Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the UAE
  • Must be an Arabic speaker

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Risk Management, Governance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Experience supporting risk assessments, audit processes, and control evaluations.
