We're Hiring: Strategy & Performance Excellence (SPE) Specialist

Property Shop Investment (PSI) is looking for a
Strategy & Performance Excellence Specialist
to join our team in Abu Dhabi.


About the Role:

The SPE Specialist will act as the technical and analytical engine of the department—translating strategic intent into measurable frameworks and executed plans. You'll support project governance, advanced data analysis, performance architecture, and process design, ensuring global best practices and impactful execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design performance scorecards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide expert support in strategic initiatives and project governance.
  • Create and optimize processes and workflows.
  • Deliver data-driven reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, performance management, process improvement, or consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Solid knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
