We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive senior procurement specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's supply of products and services.

Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist

Location: 5th Settlement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies.

  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

  • Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers.

  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms.

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Proven experience of 5-8 years in procurement or supply chain management.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
