  • Serve as the primary liaison between Huhtamaki and GKA's for all account-related activities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and meet growth revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at multiple organizational levels

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned account.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, R&D, finance, etc.) to deliver tailored solutions and services

  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing discussions

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure service levels are met

  • Resolve issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction and account retention

  • Provide regular account updates, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management

  • Stay informed about accounts business priorities, market trends, and competitor activities

  • Drive continuous improvement in account management processes and service delivery
