Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
  • Prospect and engage clients through calls, meetings, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
  • Maintain CRM/ATS records accurately and provide timely sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, creative production, or marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems.
  • Strong proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of event and exhibition workflows.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
