Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Events Operation Executive, based in New Cairo. The Events Operation Executive will be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of events, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all events are executed smoothly. Collaboration with internal teams and providing on-ground support during events are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and ensure attention to detail
  • Capability to lead on-site event operations and handle unexpected challenges effectively
  • Proficiency in using event management software and tools
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings, if required for events
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is highly beneficial
